Shipping
All orders and Patron Rewards are fulfilled by Creative Shipping Solutions, LLC (herein referred to as “We”) and are packaged with the highest level of care. The customer (herein referred to as “You”) will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 72 hours for the tracking portal to update.
Your order will be processed within 3 – 5 business days of receipt of the order.
Domestic Orders (USA) may take up to 3 weeks for handling. Additional fees or restrictions may apply if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or the U.S. Territories.
International Orders may take 6 weeks or more to reach its destination. We are not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes you may incur during or after shipping. You are responsible for paying these fees as they are not included in the price at checkout. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order as these fees can often be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. Due to increased customs and import duties, we reserve the right to suspend international shipping. Currently, International Orders are suspended until further notice.
Restrictions may apply to both Domestic and International Orders if you have an APO, FPO, or DPO address, or if you reside in a location that imposes restrictions.
Nationwide and global shipping delays, such as holidays or inclement weather, may impact your delivery date.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, misdirected, or damaged orders after delivery. If at any time you have questions or concerns regarding your order, we may be reached at 1-540-706-4551 or via email at info@creativeshippingsolutions.com.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price plus any applicable sales taxes to the original form of payment providing your return meets the following stipulations: return is received within 30 days from date of purchase and product is in its original packaging, unopened, undamaged, and in a resalable condition. Patron Rewards are non-refundable.
Shipping charges for Returned merchandise will be at the customer’s expense.
Refunds will be credited after eligible items are received, inspected, and processed. Please refer to the instructions provided in your packaging slip to facilitate your return. Any ineligible items will be destroyed or donated to a local shelter or library.

Creative Shipping Solutions, LLC is a Third-Party Logistics company performing the distribution and fulfillment of orders on behalf of Spiritáás, LLC.
Spiritáás, LLC and Creative Shipping Solutions, LLC values your privacy and protects it with the utmost commitment. Your information is used solely to process your order, collect payments and pledges, for solicited email communication, and to provide outstanding customer service. Your personal information is kept confidential and is neither rented, sold, shared, or traded.
Authorize.net is the payment gateway in place to process payments and pledges and does not retain or use your personal information for any secondary purpose.
